We understand that life gets busy. We know you're dedicated to your dog, but training easily gets put on the back burner. With our Day Train program we can help take the stress off of everyday training. Our trainer works with your dog three days a week and then on the fourth day work with you and the dog together. This program is designed to help you reach your goals with your dog in an effective and quick manner.
Here is how day train works....
Step 1: Initial Consultation with Behavior Profile Our trainer meets with you one-on-one to learn more about your dog, your lifestyle, and your goals with day train. From here we create a training plan and set up a day train schedule. During the consultation the amount of day train sessions will be discussed with your trainer.
Step 2: Lessons Between Your Dog and Us Lessons are set up while you're at work, out of the house, or busy. Each hour long lesson involves us establishing the important behaviors your dog needs to reach the goals discussed in the consultation. There are three lessons in a week and once a week we have a "transfer session" with you and other members of your family to demonstrate and teach you what your dog has learned over the week.
Step 3: Transfer Session Transfer sessions are a one-hour session with you. These sessions are designed to teach you what your dog has learned over the week and how to use the known behaviors in everyday life.
Step 4: Follow-Up A couple of weeks after the completion of the day train program we meet again to fine tune any behaviors and follow up to see how your dog has been progressing.
